JOINT STRUCTURE FOR DRAIN MEMBER AND JOINT METAL FITTING
To provide a joint structure for drain members capable of easily jointing overlapped parts of a vertical drain member and a horizontal drain member without collapsing thereof and reliably securing water-permeability.SOLUTION: In a joint structure 10 of drain members, an upper end 20a of a vertical drain member 20 overlaps on a horizontal drain member 30 and overlapped parts A of both of the drain members are jointed though a pair of joint metal fittings 40 and 50 with water-permeability, one joint metal fitting 40 of the pair of joint metal fittings comprises at least a pair of engaging pieces forming a claw part 43 at a tip side and forming a gap limiting part at a base part, the other one 50 of the joint metal fittings comprises a pair of engaging holes 51 into which the pair of engaging pieces are inserted. The engaging pieces are inserted into the engaging holes respectively and bent to create predetermined gaps between the pair of joint metal fittings 40 and 50 by abutting the gap limiting part of the engaging piece against the other joint metal fitting 50 to limit its insertion when jointing the overlapped parts A of the upper end 20a of the vertical drain member 20 and the horizontal member 30 with water-permeability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉛直ドレーン材と水平ドレーン材の重合部を圧潰させることなく簡単に接続できて、通水性を確実に確保できるドレーン材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】鉛直ドレーン材20の上端20aを水平ドレーン材30に重ね合わせて、両ドレーン材の重合部Aを一対の接続金具40,50を介して通水可能に接続するドレーン材の接合構造10において、一対の接続金具の一方の接続金具40は、先端側に爪部43を形成し、基部側に間隔規制部を形成している少なくとも一対の係止片を有し、他方の接続金具50は、一対の係止片を差し込む係合孔51を一対有し、係止片を係合孔に差し込んで折り曲げることで、鉛直ドレーン材20の上端20aと水平ドレーン材30との重合部Aを通水可能に接続する際に、係止片の間隔規制部が他方の接続金具50に当接して差し込みが規制されることで、一対の接続金具40,50間に所定の隙間が形成される。【選択図】図1
