To provide a novel earthquake resistance water storage tank that can effectively prevent a risk that a bottom plate to which the lower ends of columns are fixed cracks and buckles, as a result of shaking of an entire water storage tank due to an earthquake.SOLUTION: The earthquake resistance water storage tank comprises: a bottom plate 21; side walls 2, 3, 4 and 5 arranged upright from the bottom plate 21; a ceiling 6 facing the bottom plate 21; and a plurality of columns 23 and 24 standing upright from the bottom plate 21. The columns 23 and 24 are placed on movement restricting members 25 and 26 that restrict lower ends of the columns 23 and 24 from moving in an X direction and a Y direction in a plan view of the bottom plate 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
