FAILURE DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE AND FAILURE DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF ROAD SURFACE CUTTING VEHICLE
To be able to diagnose, in advance, a deterioration state of a drive system for cutting.SOLUTION: Provided is failure diagnosis of a road surface cutting vehicle in which a hydraulic motor for cutting is driven by a hydraulic pump for cutting driven by an engine, and a drum for cutting is rotationally driven by the hydraulic motor. A rotation speed of the engine and a rotation speed of the drum for cutting are measured respectively in synchronization with each other during road surface cutting work on the drum for cutting; a plurality of processes are performed for calculating the efficiency data of the hydraulic motor from the measured rotation speed of the engine and the rotation speed of the drum for cutting to obtain a plurality of efficiency data; and evaluation data for failure diagnosis is repeatedly obtained from the obtained plurality of efficiency data. Then, the degree of deterioration of the drive system is determined based on the changes over time in the evaluation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】切削用の駆動系の劣化状況を未然に診断可能とする。【解決手段】エンジンで駆動される切削用の油圧ポンプで切削用の油圧モータが駆動され、上記油圧モータで切削用ドラムが回転駆動される路面切削車両の故障診断である。切削用ドラムでの路面切削作業中に、同期をとってエンジンの回転数と切削用ドラムの回転数をそれぞれ測定し、測定したエンジンの回転数及び切削用ドラムの回転数とから油圧モータの効率のデータを演算する処理を複数実施して、複数の効率のデータを取得し、その取得した複数の効率のデータから故障診断用の評価データを求めることを繰り返す。そして、上記評価データの経時的な変化に基づき駆動系の劣化度を判断する。【選択図】図3
