To provide a joint structure for piles and superstructures, a construction method for a joint structure, and a structural body that can reduce the horizontal displacement of a pile head if external forces that displace the pile head horizontally are applied.SOLUTION: The joint structure for piles and superstructures, a construction method for a joint structure, and a structural body according to the present invention include: piles that are installed in the ground; a superstructure that is built above the piles; joints that join the piles and the lower section of the superstructure; and a solidified body that is installed around at least one of the piles, the joints and the lower section of the superstructure.
