METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FOUNDATION OF BUILDING
To provide a construction method of a mat foundation supporting a steel-constructed building which facilitates level adjustment of a ground sill of steel and arrangement of reinforcements of reinforcing bars, and moors the ground sill by a foundation rise part with good reliability.SOLUTION: A construction method includes digging the ground and laying piping, performing backfill of a dug portion of an installation region of a foundation rise part and a foundation batholith installation region to a predetermined depth, and covering the foundation surface with a moisture-proof sheet 13. Leveling concrete 11 is installed in the installation region of the foundation rise part, and ground sills 4 assembled at the site are supported by steel-made bundles 16 and a level is adjusted. Reinforcement hooks 15 are mounted on the ground sills 4, and reinforcement for batholith reinforcement and reinforcement for foundation rise part reinforcement are arranged. A mold frame is installed, concrete is poured inside the foundation batholith installation region and the mold frame, the mold frame is removed after curing, and mat foundation is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】鉄骨造りの建物を支えるベタ基礎について、鉄骨の土台のレベル調整と補強用鉄筋の配筋が簡単で、基礎立ち上がり部による土台の係留も信頼性良くなされる構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤を掘り下げて配管を敷設し、基礎立ち上がり部の設置領域と基礎底盤設置領域の掘り下げ箇所を所定深さまで埋め戻して地盤表面を防湿シート13で覆う。基礎立ち上がり部の設置領域に捨てコンクリート11を設置し、現場で組み立てた土台4を鋼製束16で支持してレベルを調整する。土台4に鉄筋フック15を取り付け、底盤補強用鉄筋と基礎立ち上がり部補強用鉄筋を配筋する。型枠を設置して基礎底盤設置領域と型枠にコンクリートを流し入れ、養生後に型枠を外してベタ基礎を完成させる。以上の工程を経る構築方法。【選択図】図6
