DRAINAGE PIPE JOINT
To provide a drainage pipe joint capable of sufficiently exhibiting fire resistance, suppressing drainage noise, and suppressing increase in pipe outer diameter.SOLUTION: A drainage pipe joint 100 comprises a pipe body 110 formed of a plurality of resin injection-molded products and arranged in a through hole of a floor slab, an upper standing pipe connecting portion 120 that connects an upper floor side drainage standing pipe 220 that protrudes above the floor slab and flows in the drainage from the upper floor, a lower pipe connecting portion 130 that connects a lower floor side drainage pipe 230 that projects downward of the floor slab and allows drainage to flow to the lower floor, and a horizontal branch pipe connecting portion 140 for connecting the drain horizontal branch pipe above the floor slab. A swirl vane 114 protruding to an inner surface of the pipe body 110 is formed between a lateral branch pipe connecting portion 140 and the lower pipe connecting portion 130 in the pipe body 110. A hollow corresponding to the swirl vane 114 is formed on an outer surface of the pipe body 110, and a thermally expandable refractory material 116 is filled in the hollow portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐火性能を十分に発揮させ、排水騒音を抑制し、管外径が大きくなることを抑制することができる排水配管継手を提供する。【解決手段】排水配管継手100は、複数の樹脂製の射出成形品で形成され、床スラブの貫通孔に配置される管本体110と、床スラブの上方に突出し上階からの排水を流入させる上階側排水立管220を接続する上立管接続部120と、床スラブの下方に突出し下階に排水を流下させる下階側排水立管230を接続する下立管接続部130と、床スラブの上方で排水横枝管を接続する横枝管接続部140とを備え、管本体110における横枝管接続部140と下立管接続部130との間には、管本体110の内面に突出する旋回羽根114が形成され、管本体110の外面にはこの旋回羽根114に対応するくぼみが形成され、このくぼみの部分に熱膨張性耐火材116が充填されている。【選択図】図1
