WINDOW OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE
To provide a window opening/closing device which is free from return work with high-place work using a stepladder, a ladder or the like after smoke emission even when applied to a window provided at a high part of a room wall, especially a smoke emission window.SOLUTION: A window opening/closing device 1 for a smoke exhaust window includes: a wire 5 stretched over each of glass sliding screens 4; a rotating drum 8 for winding the wire 5 by rotation in a direction R1 and delivering the wire 5 by rotation in a direction R2; a winding and delivering mechanism 10 provided with an electric motor 9 for rotating the rotating drum 8 in the direction R1 and rotating the rotating drum 8 in the direction R2; an electric switching device 11 for selectively and electrically switching the generation of the winding force and the delivering force by the winding and delivering mechanism 10; a latch mechanism 12 for transmitting the winding force and the delivering force to the rotating drum 8 in a first state and permitting the free delivery of the wire 5 in a second state; and a mechanical switching mechanism 13 for switching the latch mechanism 12 in a selective and mechanical manner to the first and second states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】部屋壁の高所に設けられる窓、特に、排煙窓に適用しても、排煙後において脚立、梯子等を用いた高所作業をもっての復帰作業を必要としない窓開閉装置を提供すること。【解決手段】排煙窓用の窓開閉装置１は、ガラス障子４の夫々に張設されたワイヤ５と、方向Ｒ１の回転によりワイヤ５を巻き取る一方、方向Ｒ２の回転によりワイヤ５を繰り出す回転ドラム８と、回転ドラム８を方向Ｒ１に回転させる一方、回転ドラム８を方向Ｒ２に回転させる電動モータ９を具備した巻き取り及び繰り出し機構１０と、巻き取り及び繰り出し機構１０での巻き取り力及び繰り出し力の発生を選択的に電気的に切替える電気的切替装置１１と、第一の状態では、巻き取り力及び繰り出し力を回転ドラム８へ伝達させる一方、第二の状態では、ワイヤ５の自由繰り出しを許容するラッチ機構１２と、ラッチ機構１２を第一及び第二の状態に選択的に機械的に切替える機械的切替機構１３とを具備している。【選択図】図１
