To provide a system for allowing mankind to reside in the moon and for utilizing the moon for the earth.SOLUTION: The moon utilization system is provided for utilizing a transverse hole cavity 3 of the moon, arranging a residence, a shopping street, a factory, a hospital, a government office, a town or unmanned robot apparatus, etc. 6 in the transverse hole into which cosmic ray and ultraviolet ray do not irradiate directly, utilizing a vertical hole 2, arranging a an elevator 5 and a staircase 4 to facilitate a movement to the lunar surface and the lunar subsurface and utilizing as a passage of supply pipe of oxygen by oxygen generation of a photosynthesis device on the moon surface and carbon dioxide generated from people in the cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
