PRESSURE DETECTION TYPE CHECK VALVE
To provide a highly functional valve which includes a pressure detection function, cutting-off/opening function of a flow passage, a function of a check valve and the like.SOLUTION: A pressure detection type check valve includes: an inlet 3; an outlet 4; an inlet side flow passage 5; a flow passage space chamber 6 communicating with the inlet side flow passage 5 and connected to the outlet 4; a deformable member (umbrella part 11, beak part 102) having elasticity, and provided so as to deform by receiving an external force; and a diaphragm 16 energized by a spring 17 and displaced by receiving an external force. The deformable member is deformable between the shape for opening the flow passage and the shape for cutting it off, on the basis of a force by elasticity and a force by a pressure in the flow passage space chamber 6 resisting the force. The diaphragm 16 is a wall member of the flow passage space chamber 6 and it is constituted to be displaceable between the position for operating a pump 40 and the position for stopping the operation of the pump 40, on the basis of the energization force of the spring 17 and a force by the pressure in the flow passage space chamber 6 resisting the energization force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
