CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF WOODEN FENCE WITH FIRE RETARDANT PROPERTY AND WOODEN FENCE WITH FIRE RETARDANT PROPERTY
To provide a construction method of a wooden fence that can be coated and has fire retardant property by using characteristics such as light-weight, incombustibility, and surface property of an incombustible wood fiber cement plate, and a smooth mortar trowel finished surface subjected to a reverse surface, and a technique of a fence obtained by the construction method.SOLUTION: A construction method of a wooden fence comprising a plurality of wooden columns, panel-like incombustible wood fiber cement plates, a concrete foundation, a wooden groundsill, and wooden head boards includes: a wooden member processing step of processing concave fitting grooves for fitting marginal parts of the incombustible wood fiber cement plates to one or opposed both surfaces of the wooden columns and the head boards and tenons and tenon grooves for inserting one end of the wooden columns to the groundsill; a drop-down step of dropping down the incombustible wood fiber cement plates to the concave fitting grooves; and a head board fixing step of fixing the head boards with a fixing member. Means is employed to dispose the rear surface of the incombustible wood fiber cement plate so as to become the front surface of a fence in the drop-down step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】不燃性木繊セメント板の軽量・不燃性・表面性状といった特性と、裏面に施される平滑なモルタル金鏝仕上げ面を利用して、塗装可能で防火性能を有する木質塀の施工方法及びその施工方法によって得られる塀の技術の提供。【解決手段】複数の木質柱と、パネル状の不燃性木繊セメント板と、コンクリート製の基礎と、木質の土台と、木質の笠木と、から構成される木質塀の施工方法であって、前記木質柱及び前記笠木の一面又は対向する両面に前記不燃性木繊セメント板の縁部を嵌合されるための凹状嵌合溝、及び前記木質柱の一端を前記土台へ、挿入するためのホゾ及びホゾ溝の加工を行う木質部材加工工程と、前記凹状嵌合溝に前記不燃性木繊セメント板を落とし込む落とし込み工程と、前記笠木を固定部材で固定する笠木固定工程とから構成され、前記落とし込み工程の際に前記不燃性木繊セメント板の裏面を塀の表側となるように配置する手段を採用した。【選択図】図2
