SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM
To provide a sewage treatment system that keeps dissolved oxygen concentration in sewage positive in a sewage channel downstream of a relay pump station and prevents corrosion of the sewage channel by changing a microbe state on an inner wall of the sewage channel.SOLUTION: Surplus sludge from a preliminary setting basin and/or return sludge from a final setting basin is dehydrated and supplied with oxygen while kept at a temperature of 60-110°C. A microbe material is thus produced by aerobic fermentation with a gram-positive aerobic microbe in the dehydrated sludge. The spore of the microbe material is germinated and activated by water pumping and oxygen supply in a microbe activation apparatus and then the microbe material is sent from a relay pump station to a sewage treatment facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中継ポンプ場下流の下水道管渠を流下する下水の溶解酸素濃度をポジティブに保つとともに、下水道管渠の内壁の微生物状態を変えて、下水道管渠の腐食を防止することのできる下水処理システムの提供。【解決手段】最初沈殿池からの余剰汚泥および/または最終沈殿池からの返送汚泥を脱水し、汚泥を60℃〜110℃に保った状態で酸素を供給し、脱水汚泥中のグラム陽性の好気性微生物を好気性発酵させ微生物資材を製造し、微生物資材を、微生物活性化装置で水給送、酸素供給により微生物資材の芽胞を発芽、活性化させ、中継ポンプ場から下水処理設備に送る。【選択図】図1
