HOOD SUPPORT STRUCTURE
To provide a hood support structure which stabilizes deformation of a hinge member and enables a hood to operate reliably.SOLUTION: A hood support structure includes: a hood 2 which closes an opening of a vehicle body; a hinge member 3 having a pedestal part 31 fixed to a lower surface of the hood 2, a support part 32 attached in such a manner so as to be rotatable relative to the vehicle body, and a deformation part 33 which is provided between the pedestal part 31 and the support part 32 and is more fragile than the pedestal prat 31 and the support part 32; and an actuator 4 which has a shaft 42 which protrudes along a predetermined direction and in which a tip part 45 of the shaft 42 contacts with the deformation part 33 to move the hood 2 upward from the opening. The deformation part 33 is provided with a receiving part 60 in which the tip part 45 of the shaft 42 can fit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
