FINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING SOLIDIFIED BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING SOLIDIFIED BODY
To provide a solidified body that allows reuse of a larger amount of waste paper and has improved heat insulating properties, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A solidified body 10 comprises base material 12 solidified by hydration reaction of a cement-based solidifier with water and a fiber 11 derived from waste paper that is dispersed in the base material 12, the solidified body additionally comprising not less than 100,000 fine bubbles 13 having a diameter of 100 μm or less per cubic centimeter in the base material; and preferably based on the cement-based solidifier of 100 pts.wt., having a solidifier containing aluminum sulfate included in a range of 20 to 30 pts.wt., and including a step of mixing the cement-based solidifier with a slurry obtainable by dissolving waste paper into water, a step for including not less than 100,000 fine bubbles 13 having a diameter of 100 μm or less per cubic centimeter of moisture, and a step in which the slurry is allowed to cure until it solidifies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
