To provide an operation member of a pull-in device of a sliding door capable of suppressing a collision noise at a start of operation of the device.SOLUTION: An operation member 3 of the pull-in device of the sliding door, mounted on one of the sliding door and a door frame, which operates a device body by engaging with a hook 11 on the device body mounted on the other of the sliding door and the door frame to guide the sliding door to a second position when the sliding door is in a first position, includes an engaging protrusion 25 which engages with the hook 11. The engaging protrusion 25 has an asymmetrical structure in which a first lateral face 25a with which the hook 11 contacts when the sliding door is in the first position is more easily deformable than a second lateral face 25b on an opposite side of the first lateral face 25a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
