BUILDING-SEISMIC ISOLATION/VIBRATION CONTROL OIL DAMPER INCLUDING CONTROL VALVE ON OUTSIDE
To solve such the problem that a control valve of an existing building-seismic isolation/vibration control oil damper cannot be adjusted in the event of a failure unless it is removed from an installation place and disassembled in a factory because the control valve of the oil damper is placed inside a pipe, accordingly, it requires substantial time and effort and cost.SOLUTION: A building-seismic isolation/vibration control oil damper includes a control valve which is installed on an outside of an oil damper, thereby being readily manufactured and also readily adjusted on the site (installation place) without the need of disassembling in the event of a failure. Thus, it requires only minimum time and effort and cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 従来の建築用免震・制震オイルダンパーの制御弁は管内にあるため、不具合が生じた時、設置場所から取り外し、工場において、分解しない限り調整できない。そのため、相当な手間と費用がかかる。【解決手段】 本発明は、オイルダンパーの制御弁を外部に設けた。これにより、製作しやすいと共に、不具合が生じた時、分解せず、現地（取り付け箇所）で簡単に調整することができる。したがって、最小の手間と費用しかかからない。【選択図】図２
