To provide a toilet roll holder capable of necessarily locking and unlocking a lock mechanism according to rotations of a jig.SOLUTION: A toilet roll holder 1 includes a resinous body 2 for housing a toilet roll, an exchange door 41 openable/closable to house the toilet roll inside, and a rock mechanism 48 for locking the exchange door 41. The rock mechanism 48 includes a rock plate 60 to be moved to a lock position and a release position, and a locking/unlocking button 50 having a first claw part 51 and a second claw part 52 for holding a jig to be inserted to rotate the lock plate 60 to the lock position and the release position due to the rotations of the jig. The lock plate 60 has a first recessed part 64 and a second recessed part 65 to be engaged with back sides of the first claw part 51 and the second claw part 52, and the rock mechanism 46 has a claw part regulation part 72 for preventing the first claw part 51 and the second claw part 52 from moving normal positions to release engagement between the locking/unlocking button 50 and the lock plate 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
