SOLUTION: A prefabricated shear wall building structure based on BIM is disclosed, which includes a top transverse grooved beam, a bottom transverse grooved beam, a left vertical grooved post, a right vertical grooved post, and a plurality of prefabricated shear wall plates 1, the side surface of each of the prefabricated shear wall plates 1 including a plurality of connecting members, and a plurality of connecting and fixing devices 3 that is integrally connected to the upper, lower, left and right parts of the plurality of prefabricated shear wall plates 1, respectively, the connection fixing device 3 being provided with a plurality of connection fitting members are provided thereon, and the plurality of connecting members and the plurality of connection fitting members being able to be connected and tightened correspondingly; and also disclosed is a construction method of the prefabricated shear wall building structure based on BIM.EFFECT: The present invention has an advantages of visualization, high coordination effect and high accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
