To provide a decorative plate having excellent weather-resistant performance even when an irregular shape is formed on the surface so as to impart excellent designability, and a method for manufacturing the decorative plate.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative plate in which a base material, a pattern layer, an adhesive layer and a transparent resin film are layered in this order in a thickness direction, in which the transparent resin film has at least a surface protective layer and a transparent resin layer layered therein and has an irregular shape on the side of the surface protective layer, a thickness of a recess having an irregular shape of the transparent resin film is 100 μm or more, and the transparent resin film contains an ultraviolet absorber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本発明は、優れた意匠性を付与するために表面に凹凸形状を形成したとしても、優れた耐候性能を有することができる化粧板及び該化粧板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、厚み方向において順に、基材と、絵柄層と、接着剤層と、透明性樹脂フィルムとを備え、上記透明性樹脂フィルムは、少なくとも表面保護層と透明性樹脂層とが積層されており、上記表面保護層側に凹凸形状を有し、上記透明性樹脂フィルムの凹凸形状の凹部の厚みが１００μｍ以上であり、上記透明性樹脂フィルムは、紫外線吸収剤を含有することを特徴とする化粧板に関する。【選択図】図３
