PAINT MATERIAL FINISH METHOD
To provide a paint material finish method capable of finishing an outer wall of a building in a texture similar to a motor coating finish, not causing efflorescence in a pint film surface part, and capable of tracking to an earthquake and wind pressure of the building, vibration by passing of a vehicle and a crack of a backing caused by the vibration.SOLUTION: In a paint material finish method, a water system paint material composition is dried by painting so that an iron wave of 70-500 mm in a wave interval is continuously formed in a paint film cross-sectional view by a paint quantity of 0.6 kg-1.0 kg per 1 m2, and the composition is dried by painting on this so that an iron chattering wave of 1-10 mm in the wave interval is continuously formed in the paint film cross-sectional view by the paint quantity. Next, a sand wall-like paint material composition is dried by corf-drawing in the substantially right angle direction of the iron chatter wave after painting it by using a roller brush by the paint quantity of 0.2 kg-0.4 kg per 1 m2, and is finished by polishing a paint material surface by polishing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の外壁をモルタル塗り仕上げと同様なテクスチュアに仕上げると共に、塗膜表面部分に白華が生じることが無く、また建物の地震や風圧、車両の通過等による振動や該振動により生じた下地のひび割れに追従することが可能な塗材仕上げ工法を提供する。【解決手段】水系塗材組成物を1m2当り0.6kg〜1.0kgの塗付量で塗膜断面視にて波間隔が70〜500mmの鏝波が連続して形成されるように塗付して乾燥させ、この上に同組成物を、同塗付量で塗膜断面視にて波間隔が1〜10mmの鏝ビビリ波が連続して形成されるように塗付して乾燥させ、次に砂壁状塗料組成物を1m2当り0.2kg〜0.4kgの塗付量でローラー刷毛を使用して配り塗りした後、鏝ビビリ波の進行方向に対して略直角方向にシゴキ塗りして乾燥させ、研磨手段にて塗材表面を研磨して仕上げることを特徴とする塗材仕上げ工法である。【選択図】図1
