CRUSHER SCREEN DEVICE AND OPERATION METHOD OF CRUSHER SCREEN DEVICE
To provide a crusher screen device for detecting a load on the screen device, and capable of taking proper measures to an overload state, in the screen device for transferring contaminants to a crusher for crushing the contaminants such as residues in treated water, and an operation method of the crusher screen device.SOLUTION: There are provided: a crusher screen device having a screen part 3 for transferring contaminants, and a detection part 42 for detecting a current value of a drive part for driving the screen part as the crusher screen device 2A for transferring the contaminants to a crusher 1 for crushing the contaminants G in a conduit; and an operation method of the crusher screen device. An overload state of the screen part can be instantaneously determined by detecting a current value of the drive part of the screen part. By this constitution, proper measures such as the dissolution of the overload state of the screen part can be quickly taken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】被処理水中のし渣等の夾雑物を破砕する破砕機に対して夾雑物を移送するスクリーン装置において、スクリーン装置上の負荷を短時間で検出し、過負荷状態に対して適切な対応を行うことができる破砕機用スクリーン装置及び破砕機用スクリーン装置の運転方法を提供。【解決手段】水路内の夾雑物Ｇを破砕する破砕機１へ夾雑物を移送する破砕機用スクリーン装置２Ａとして、夾雑物を移送するスクリーン部３と、スクリーン部を駆動する駆動部の電流値を検出する検出部４２とを備えた破砕機用スクリーン装置及び破砕機用スクリーン装置の運転方法を提供する。スクリーン部の駆動部の電流値を検出することで、スクリーン部における過負荷状態を瞬時に判断することができる。これにより、スクリーン部の過負荷状態の解消などの適切な対応を迅速に行うことが可能となる。【選択図】図１
