EARTHQUAKE PROOF FIXTURE
To make it possible to achieve improvement of work efficiency in attaching jigs for fixing each facility such as a manufacturing apparatus to a grating structure floor in an earthquake proof manner with relatively low cost.SOLUTION: An earthquake proof fixture of the present invention comprises: a fixing metal fitting 1 that is mounted to an adjuster 6 being a fixing object; a connection nut 2 that is provided with a shaft part 21 as well as a head part 22 and locking part 23 each disposed at its upper portion and lower portion, and couples between the fixing metal fitting 1 and a grating 7 by rotational operation; and a fitting fixing part 3 that is attached to the shaft part 21 and fixes the fixing metal fitting 1. The width of the head part 22 of the connection nut 2 is larger than the width α of a bearing bars 7a, and the locking part 23 of the connection nut 2 has a rectangular shape with a small width short side than the same width α and a large width long side in the top view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 製造装置などの各設備をグレーチング構造の床に耐震固定する治具において、取り付け時における作業効率を向上させることについて、比較的低コストにて達成することができる。【解決手段】 この発明の耐震固定治具は、固定対象となるアジャスタ6に取り付ける固定金具1と、軸部21およびその上部および下部にそれぞれ配置される頭部22と係止部23を備えるとともに固定金具1とグレーチング7間を回転動作により連結する連結ナット2と、軸部21に取り付けられ固定金具1を固定する金具固定部3とを備え、連結ナット2の頭部22の幅がベアリングバー7aの幅αより大であり、連結ナット2の係止部23が上面視で同幅αより幅小の短辺と幅大の長辺を有した矩形状である。【選択図】 図1
