JOINT STRUCTURE FOR H-SHAPED STEEL PILE
To provide a joint structure for H-shaped steel piles that can easily and firmly join upper and lower H-shaped steel piles that are constructed mainly as platform piles for a work platform on the same vertical line using as less joint bolts as possible.SOLUTION: Upper and lower end plates 3, 4 are attached to facing end surfaces of upper and lower H-shaped steel piles 1, 2 that are arranged on the same vertical line, respectively. For the upper and lower end plates 3, 4, a plurality (e.g. four) of upper/lower bolt holes 5, 6 are formed so as to communicate with each other at positions that are symmetrical about a strong axis X-X and a weak axis Y-Y on a cross-section in the right-angled direction to the axes of the upper and lower H-shaped steel piles 1, 2. Upper and lower reinforcing ribs 7, 8 are attached to symmetrical positions on the top surface of the upper end plate 3 and the bottom surface of the lower end plate 4. Joint bolts 9 are inserted into the upper/lower bolt holes 5, 6 and then tightened. The upper and lower reinforcing ribs 7, 8 are attached to symmetric positions on both side surfaces of webs 1a, 2b of the upper and lower H-shaped steel piles 1, 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に作業構台の構台杭として施工される上・下H形鋼杭どうしを同一鉛直線上で極力少ない接合ボルトにより容易かつ強硬に接合できるH形鋼杭の継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】同一鉛直線上に配置された上・下H形鋼杭1,2の対向する端面に上・下エンドプレート3,4を取り付ける。上・下エンドプレート3,4にH形鋼杭1,2の軸直角方向の断面における強軸X−Xおよび弱軸Y−Yに対して対称な位置に複数(例えば4カ所)の上・下ボルト孔5,6を連通して形成する。上エンドプレート3の上側面と下エンドプレート4の下側面の対称な位置に上・下補強リブ7,8を取り付ける。上・下ボルト孔5,6に接合ボルト9を連通して締め付ける。上・下補強リブ7,8は、上・下H形鋼杭1,2のウェブ1a,2aの両側面の対称な位置に取り付ける。【選択図】図1
