GREASING SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a greasing system for a construction machine capable of adequately greasing a pin bearing portion correspondingly to grease consumption of the pin bearing portion regardless of operation status of the construction machine.SOLUTION: Pin load acting on a pin bearing portion 29 and a pin rotation angle, of an operation device 10 of a hydraulic backhoe 1 are detected with sensors 37 and 38. Grease consumption g is accumulated as accumulated grease consumption G by sequentially calculating the grease consumption g based on the pin load and the pin rotation angle detected with the sensors 37 and 38 (S4, 5), after the accumulated grease consumption G showing a leaking amount of grease from the pin bearing portion 29 is reset (S3) upon activating the hydraulic backhoe 1. When the accumulated grease consumption G reaches a first determined consumption G1 which requires greasing to the pin bearing portion 29 (Yes at S6), the pin bearing portion 29 is greased at the amount corresponding to the first determined consumption G1 (S8).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
