To facilitate an operation of regulating a door closing speed using a DA speed regulating valve.SOLUTION: A closer device 10 comprises: a housing 11 having an oil chamber 12 filled with hydraulic oil; a piston 19 for dividing the oil chamber 12 into a first oil chamber 12a and a second oil chamber 12b; a piston drive mechanism for driving the piston 19; a rotating shaft 14 for rotating by being connected to an external opening/closing body; and a control mechanism part for controlling an opening/closing operation of the opening/closing body by regulating an amount of hydraulic oil moved between the first oil chamber 12a and the second oil chamber 12b accompanying a reciprocal movement of the piston 19. The control mechanism part includes: at least one hydraulic oil passage 41 for connecting the first oil chamber 12a and the second oil chamber 12b and circulating the hydraulic oil between both oil chambers; a main regulating valve 23 for regulating and throttling a flow passage cross-sectional area of the hydraulic oil passage 41; and an auxiliary valve 24 for throttling the flow passage cross-sectional area of the hydraulic oil passage 41 to be a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
