ROAD CUTTER AND ROAD CUTTER VEHICLE
To provide a road cutter and road cutter vehicle including a front cover capable of enhancing the loading efficiency of cut objects even at various cutting depths.SOLUTION: A road cutter 1 rotates a cutting drum 11 having a plurality of bits 12 to scrape and chip a road surface and send a cut object to a conveyor 40. The road cutter 1 comprises: a drum unit 10 that rotatably holds the cutting drum 11 and has a discharge port 14 for sending the cut object to the conveyor 40; a front cover 30 that covers the front surface of the drum unit 10 and has a shape in which a section corresponding to the discharge port 14 is open; a front cover vertical cylinder 32 that moves the front cover 30 up and down; and a side cover 20 and wire-type winding potentiometer 21 that detect the cutting depth by the cutting drum 11. The front cover vertical cylinder 32 moves the front cover 30 up and down in association with the detected cutting depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】様々な切削深さにおいても、切削物の積み込み効率を高めることができるフロントカバーを備える路面切削機及び路面切削車を提供する。【解決手段】路面切削機１は、複数のビット１２を有する切削ドラム１１を回転させることで、路面を掻きほぐし切削物をコンベヤ４０に送り込む。路面切削機１は、切削ドラム１１を回転可能に保持し、コンベヤ４０に切削物を送り込むための排出口１４を有するドラムユニット１０と、ドラムユニット１０の前面を覆い、排出口１４に対応する箇所が開いた形状を有するフロントカバー３０と、フロントカバー３０を上下させるためのフロントカバー上下シリンダ３２と、切削ドラム１１による切削深さを検出するサイドカバー２０及びワイヤ式巻き取りポテンショメータ２１とを備える。フロントカバー上下シリンダ３２は、検出した切削深さに連動して、フロントカバー３０を上下させる。【選択図】図８
