To provide a new system capable of more accurately estimating an amount of urinary excretion.SOLUTION: A urinary excretion management device includes: a temperature spatial distribution acquisition unit for acquiring spatial distribution information on temperatures in a space in a toilet bowl; a correction temperature information acquisition unit for acquiring at least one of an environmental temperature in an arrangement environment of the toilet bowl and a urinary excretion temperature; and a urinary excretion amount estimation unit that, on the basis of the spatial distribution information on temperatures, calculates a temporary urinary excretion amount and corrects the temporary urinary excretion amount on the basis of at least one of the environmental temperature and the urinary excretion temperature using at least one of an environmental temperature correction coefficient and a urinary excretion temperature correction coefficient to estimate, as an estimation urinary excretion amount, a correction urinary excretion amount. The environmental temperature correction coefficient is a coefficient that is set for each environmental temperature and represents a correlation between temporary urinary excretion amounts and actual urinary excretion amounts.
