HANDRAIL MOUNTING DEVICE AND MOUNTING METHOD
To easily mount a plurality of glass plates 12 on the outdoor side of a handrail body 3 erected on a parapet from the indoor side, and to reduce construction cost without requiring assembly work of a scaffold.SOLUTION: A glass mounting frame 14 is provided on the outdoor side of the handrail body 3 erected on a parapet P of a veranda; the plurality of glass plates 12 are fitted into upper and lower frames 5, 7 of the glass mounting frame 14 by a shiplap method, respectively; and an aluminum joint frame 13 is arranged between the plurality of glass plates 12 adjacent to each other, and the aluminium joint frame 13 is engaged with side end edges 12b, 12c of the glass plates 12, wherein by screwing the screw 35 into the handrail body 3 and bringing a screw head 35a into contact with the aluminum joint frame 13, the aluminum joint frame 13 is attached to the handrail body 3 in a state of being immobile, and thus, the plurality of glass plates 12 are mounted in such a manner as to continue into the whole area in the outdoor-side longitudinal direction of the handrail body 3 and to be surrounded by the glass mounting frame 14 and the aluminum joint frame 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】パラペットに立設した手摺本体3の室外側に室内側から複数のガラス板12を容易に取り付けることができ、足場の組立作業を必要とせず、施工費を安価にする。【解決手段】ベランダのパラペットPに立設した手摺本体3の室外側にガラス取付枠14を設け、これに倹鈍方式で複数のガラス板12をガラス取付枠14の上下枠5,7に嵌め入れるとともに、互いに隣合う複数のガラス板12間にアルミ製目地枠13が配設されて、該アルミ製目地枠13は、ガラス板12の側端縁12c,12dに係合し、且つ手摺本体3にビス35をねじ込んでビス頭35aをアルミ製目地枠13に当接させることよって、アルミ製目地枠13は手摺本体3に不動状態に取り付けられ、これによって手摺本体3の室外側長手方向略全域に連続して複数のガラス板12がガラス取付枠14とアルミ製目地枠13とに囲繞されるようにして取り付けられてなる。【選択図】図16
