To provide a wind resistant mechanism which suppresses displacement of a building generated by wind while reducing a management work with a simple constitution, and can isolate the building in large earthquake.SOLUTION: A wind resistant mechanism provided between a base isolation object provided with a base isolation layer and an installation surface includes: a first pressing part moved by interlocking with the installation surface; a second pressing part which is arranged so as to face the first pressing part and is moved by interlocking with the base isolation object; a storage container which is sandwiched between the first pressing part and the second pressing part and is deformably formed of a soft member, and is filled with a liquid; and a pressure release part which is provided in the storage container and adjusts a pressure generated in the storage container, in which the pressure release part opens a part of the storage container and discharges a part of the liquid to the outside of the storage container in a state in which the pressure generated in the storage container is equal to or more than a predetermined value when an external force is generated and the storage container is pressed by the first pressing part and the second pressing part and is deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡便な構成により管理作業を低減化しつつも、風により発生する建物の変位を抑止すると共に大地震時には建物を免震することができる耐風機構を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、免震層が設けられた免震対象物と設置面との間に設けられた耐風機構であって、設置面に連動して移動する第1押圧部と、第1押圧部に対向して配置されると共に、免震対象物に連動して移動する第2押圧部と、第1押圧部と第2押圧部とに挟持され、軟質部材により変形自在に形成されると共に、内部に液体が充満された収容容器と、収容容器に設けられ、収容容器内に生じる圧力を調整するための圧力解放部と、を備え、圧力解放部は、外力が生じて収容容器が第1押圧部と第2押圧部とに押圧されて変形した際に収容容器内に生じる圧力が所定値以上となる場合、収容容器の一部を開口させ液体の一部を収容容器の外部に放出させることを特徴とする、耐風機構である。【選択図】図1
