ANCHOR BOLT HOLDER
To provide an anchor bolt holder which has a sufficient fixing force even if it is not tied to a foundation standing horizontal reinforcing bar, does not cause core misalignment, and can easily secure verticality of an anchor bolt and finely adjust the longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt holder 1 comprises a main body 2 having a substantially U-shaped cross section to which flat plate portions are connected. A first flat plate portion has a length longer than that of a second flat plate portion, and has an end plate portion that is bent at a substantially right angle at a tip edge in the length direction. An opening into which an upper portion of a form A is inserted is formed between the end plate portion and a tip of the second flat plate portion. The end plate portion is provided with a first fixing member 11 for pressing and fixing the form. Circular holes 12, 13 having the same diameter, through which anchor bolts can be inserted, are concentrically formed in corresponding portions of both flat plate portions, and a second fixing member 14 for pressing and fixing the anchor bolts is provided on a connecting plate portion. A core confirmation opening 15 for confirming the radial center of the anchor bolt is formed at a position corresponding to the opening in the first flat plate portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基礎立ち上り横鉄筋に結束しなくとも十分な固定力を有し、芯ズレが生じないで、簡易にアンカーボルトの垂直性確保、長手方向の微調整が可能なアンカーボルト保持具を提供する。【解決手段】アンカーボルト保持具1は、平板部が連結された断面略コ字状の本体2を具えている。第1の平板部は第2の平板部より長さが長く、長さ方向の先端縁に略直角に折り曲げられた端板部を有し、端板部と第2の平板部の先端との間に型枠Aの上部が挿し込まれる開口部が形成されている。端板部には型枠を押さえて固定する第1の固定部材11が設けられている。両平板部の相対応する部分にはアンカーボルトが挿通可能な同径丸穴12,13が同心状に穿設され、連結板部にアンカーボルトを押さえて固定する第2の固定部材14が設けられている。第1の平板部における開口部と対応する位置にはアンカーボルトの径芯を確認するための芯確認用開口15が穿設されている。【選択図】図1
