BAKED BODY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a new baked body capable of reducing the use amount of a laminar silicate mineral, which is the main material for porcelain, the baked body being obtained by performing baking at lower temperature.SOLUTION: A baked body is formed by baking a composition comprising a laminar silicate mineral and 1-60 mass% of hydroxyapatite. A method includes: adding 70 pts.mass of water, 2 pts.mass of a cellulose nanofiber, 0.3 pt.mass of sodium silicate and 1 pt.mass of an acrylic acid-based dispersant to 100 pts.mass of a mixture obtained by mixing 40 mass% of a synthetic hydroxyapatite derived from an organism (calcium carbonate derived from an egg shell of a chicken), 5 mass% of lime stone, 20 mass% of feldspar, 30 mass% of kaolin, and 5 mass% of a clay mineral; wet-grinding the resultant mixture with a ball mill for 3 hours to obtain a composition slurry; casting the obtained slurry into a Φ150×H300 mm gypsum mold; and performing slip casting, unmolding after impression, drying, and then baking at 1,280°C to obtain translucent porcelain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】陶磁器の主原料である層状ケイ酸塩鉱物の使用量を減じ、かつより低温で焼成可能な新規焼成体の提供。【解決手段】層状ケイ酸塩鉱物及び1〜60質量%のハイドロキシアパタイトを含む組成物を焼成してなることを特徴とする焼成体である。生物由来(ニワトリの卵殻由来の炭酸カルシウム)合成ハイドロキシアパタイト40質量%、石灰石5質量%、長石20質量%、カオリン30質量%、粘土鉱物5質量%を混合して得られる混合物100質量部に対し、水70質量部、セルロースナノファイバー2質量部、珪酸ナトリウム0.3質量部、アクリル酸系分散剤1質量部を加え、ボールミルにて3時間湿式粉砕をおこない、組成物泥漿を得る。ここで得られた泥漿をΦ150×H300mmの石膏型に注型、鋳込み成形して、着肉後に脱型し、乾燥後、1280℃で焼成することにより透光性磁器を得る。【選択図】図1
