ADSORPTIVE REINFORCEMENT MEMBER AND ADSORPTIVE REINFORCEMENT METHOD
To provide an adsorptive reinforcement member and an adsorptive reinforcement method for hole boring devices that can obtain strong vacuum adsorption even on uneven wall surfaces.SOLUTION: An adsorptive reinforcement member can be applied to hole boring devices that includes a base part 112 that is adsorbed onto a surface of a workpiece by creating inside a state of reduced pressure, the workpiece has an uneven surface, and the adsorptive reinforcement member is provided between the workpiece and the base part 112 and has a sealing member 134 that covers the unevenness.The adsorptive reinforcing member has at least a smooth surface on the side in contact with the base part, and has further a flat plate-shaped structural member 132 having rigidity against external pressure due to the reduced pressure state, and the sealing member 134 may be something located between the flat plate-shaped structural member 132 and the workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
