To provide a manufacturing method of a concrete product by a centrifugal molding using a cement-free concrete without using a special additive.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete product includes the step of adjusting a water content in the concrete product so that a value showing softness of concrete when manufacturing the concrete using a powder containing silicon and an aluminum as a main component and an alkaline solution and an aggregate as a concrete material is less than or equal to a predetermined value, the step of adjusting a centrifugal acceleration of a rotating hollow cylindrical form to the acceleration within a predetermined range, and the step of casting the concrete manufactured using a concrete material whose water content is adjusted into the form and centrifugally molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】 特別な添加剤を使用することなく、セメントを使用しないコンクリートを用いてコンクリート製品を遠心成形により製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 コンクリート製品の製造方法は、ケイ素およびアルミニウムを主成分とする粉体とアルカリ溶液と骨材とをコンクリート材料として用いてコンクリートを製造する際の該コンクリートの軟度を示す値が所定の値以下となるように該コンクリート材料中の水分量を調整する段階と、回転する中空円筒形の型枠の遠心加速度を所定の範囲内の加速度に調整する段階と、上記水分量に調整されたコンクリート材料を用いて製造されたコンクリートを型枠内に打ち込み、遠心成形する段階とを含む。【選択図】 図１６
