TANK AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a tank capable of effectively reducing external force caused by thermal deformation of an inner tank and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided an inner tank 4 for storing a storage article 3, an outer tank 2 for storing the inner tank 4 therein, and heat insulation layers 7, 8 each comprising a heat insulation material coated on a surface of the inner tank 4. A joint filler for partitioning the surface of the inner tank 4 into a plurality of regions, and the heat insulation material coated on the partitions are provided on the surface of the inner tank 4. A linear material is used as a joint filler thereof, and a covering material is provided so as to cover the joint filler as a gap of heat insulation material-to-heat insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】内槽の熱変形に伴い生じる外力を効果的に低減し得るタンクおよびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】貯留物3を貯留する内槽4と、内槽4を内部に収容する外槽2と、内槽4の表面に塗布された断熱材を備えて構成される断熱層7,8とを備える。内槽4の表面には、内槽4の表面を複数の領域に区画する目地材と、区画に塗布された断熱材とを備える。目地材としては線状の素材を用い、断熱材同士の隙間にあたる目地材を覆うように被覆材を備える。【選択図】図1
