SHEET GLASS UNIT FOR MANUFACTURING RETROFIT DOUBLE GLAZING GLASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RETROFIT DOUBLE LAYER GLASS THEREWITH
To provide a method for solving a problem that according to an assembly method of conventional retrofit double layer glass, it is necessary to seal a secondary sealing agent in a space between sheet glass with a spacer newly installed, existing glass sheet and a sponge block at a construction site, this is not easy and takes time and effort.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a sheet glass unit for manufacturing a retrofit double layer glass and retrofit double layer glass obtained in such a manner that a spacer is arranged such that its back surface is flush with an edge surface of a retrofit glass sheet, one side surface is adhered to an inner surface of the end of the retrofit glass sheet, a first double-sided adhesive tape is adhered by covering an outer surface of the edge of the retrofit sheet glass, the edge surface and a back surface of the spacer, an U-shaped frame is adhered to other side surface of the spacer via primary seal and is adhered to an adhesion surface of the first double-sided adhesive tape, and a secondary double-sided adhesive tape and a butyl tape are adhered to the outer surface on a side that is adhered with an existing window pane of the u-shaped frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の後付け複層ガラスの組立方法では、施工現場にて新設のスペーサー付きガラス板と既設のガラス板とスポンジブロックの間の空間に二次シール剤を封着する必要があり、この作業が容易ではなく手間がかかるという課題がある。【解決手段】スペーサーをその背面が後付け板ガラスのコバ面と面一に配置し、一方の側面が後付け板ガラスの端部内側面に貼り付けられ、第一の両面接着テープが後付け板ガラスの端部外側面、コバ面及び前記スペーサーの背面を覆って貼り付けられており、コの字型フレームが前記スペーサーの他方の側面と一次シールを介して接着され、さらに第一の両面接着テープの接着面と貼り付けられ、コの字型フレームの既設窓ガラスと貼り合せる側の外側面に第二の両面接着テープとブチルテープとが貼り付けられた後付け複層ガラス製造用板ガラスユニット及び後付け複層ガラスの製造方法。【選択図】図１
