To provide a water absorbing sandbag, and a forming method of the water absorbing sandbag allowing a water absorbing body contained in the sandbag not to be unevenly distributed.SOLUTION: An impermeable inner bag 120 is made of colored opaque polyethylene and like provide with side parts and a bottom part, wherein a woven outer bag 110 receives the inner bag 120 through introducing an absorbing body 130 in a center of a bag body when a diaphragm 122 erects the inner bag 120 from a side part in a vertical direction of the inner bag 120 to the bottom part of the inner bag 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土のう袋内に収容された吸水体が偏ることなく容易に攪拌される吸水性袋土のう袋、および吸水性袋土のう袋の形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】側部と底部とを有する有色不透明のポリエチレンなどによる不透水性の内袋１２０では、隔壁部１２２が、内袋１２０における縦方向の側部から内袋１２０の底部にかけて、内袋１２０を起立させた時に吸水体１３０を袋体の中央部へ誘導し、織布製の外袋１１０が、内袋１２０を収容する。【選択図】図１
