ROOF SNOW MELTING AND CORNICE PREVENTION METHOD
To provide a roof snow melting and cornice prevention method installable to a roof at low cost, and having low rubbing cost.SOLUTION: As snow melting and cornice prevention construction, belt-like or sheet-lie heating elements 12. 16 and heat-transfer sheets 13, 14 are laid on a roof tile 11. The construction can be carried out at low cost, and even through post-processing. Heat generated from a row of LED chips 12a consuming limited power is used as a heat source, and thus a freezing preventing and snow melting method can be implemented at low running cost. The row of the LED chips 12a is actuated by a DC power supply, and thus there is no possibility of electrical leakage or electrical shock. The row of the LED chips 12a is covered with a transparent soft polyvinyl chloride resin 12e to provide waterproofness, and energization of the belt-like or sheet-lie heating elements 12. 16 can be viewed by light of the LED chips 12a leaked from a gap between the heat-transfer sheets 13, 14, ad thus the belt-like or sheet-lie heating elements 12. 16 have high usability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで屋根に設置でき、ランニングコストも低い屋根の融雪及び雪庇防止方法を提供すること。【解決手段】融雪及び雪庇防止工事として帯状又はシート状の発熱体12,16と伝熱シート13、14を瓦11の上に敷設する。低コストで、しかも後加工で施工できる。発熱源として消費電力の少ないLEDチップ12aの列の発熱を使用するので、低いランニングコストで凍結防止及び融雪方法を実施できる。また、LEDチップ12aの列はDC電源で作動するので、漏電や感電の心配がない。帯状又はシート状の発熱体12,16は、LEDチップ12aの列を透明な軟質ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂12eで被覆して防水性を付与することで、軒先の伝熱シート13、14の隙間から漏れ出るLEDチップ12aの光で帯状又はシート状の発熱体12,16に通電されていることを視認でき、使い勝手が良い。【選択図】図1
