ROTARY INERTIA MASS DAMPER
To provide a rotary inertia mass damper capable of being easily synchronized with a natural period in design in a case where a natural period after completion of a building is different from the natural period in design.SOLUTION: A rotary inertia mass damper 1 has a ball screw 2, a nut 3 screwed into the ball screw 2, and a rotary weight 4 that is arranged on the outer peripheries of the ball screw 2 and the nut 3 and to which the rotational movement of the nut 3 is transmitted. The rotary weight 4 has a cylindrical weight body 41 surrounding the ball screw 2 and the nut 3, and an additional weight 42 capable of being attached to the outer periphery of the weight body 41 in a detachable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
