DOOR HINGE STRUCTURE
To provide a door hinge structure capable of smoothly opening/closing a door by preventing each cam member from locally abutting during rotating action of the cam member, and capable of increasing a life.SOLUTION: A fixed side cam member 12 of a fixed side hinge member 10 includes a plurality of fixed side cam protrusions 14 provided in a circumferential direction, and a fixed side cam recessed portion 15 positioned between the fixed side cam protrusions 14. A moving side cam member 22 of a moving side hinge member 20 includes a plurality of moving side cam protrusions 24 provided in a circumferential direction and engaged with the fixed side cam recessed portion 15, and a moving side cam recessed portion 25 positioned between the moving side cam protrusions 24 and receiving the fixed side cam protrusion 14. A first inclined cam surface 16a connecting the fixed side cam protrusion 14 and the fixed side cam recessed portion 15, a second inclined cam surface 16b, a third inclined cam surface 26a connecting the moving side cam protrusion 24 and the moving side cam recessed portion 25, and a fourth inclined cam surface 26b are formed in a curved shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】カム部材の回動動作時において、各カム部材が局所的に当接してしまうことを防止し、扉の円滑な開閉を行うことができるとともに、長寿命化を図ることができる扉のヒンジ構造を提供する。【解決手段】固定側ヒンジ部材10の固定側カム部材12は、周方向に複数設けられた固定側カム突起14と、固定側カム突起14の間に位置する固定側カム凹部15とを備え、可動側ヒンジ部材20の可動側カム部材22は、周方向に複数設けられ固定側カム凹部15に係合される可動側カム突起24と、可動側カム突起24の間に位置し、固定側カム突起14を受け入れる可動側カム凹部25とを備え、固定側カム突起14と固定側カム凹部15を結ぶ第1傾斜カム面16a、第2傾斜カム面16bおよび可動側カム突起24と可動側カム凹部25を結ぶ第3傾斜カム面26a、第4傾斜カム面26bは、曲面状に形成されている。【選択図】図4
