ELECTRIC SWITCH MACHINE CONVERSION LOAD SIMULATION DEVICE
To provide a conversion load simulation device which is different from a known fixed type device, easily put on and taken off and can be combined with a turnout and a switch device by depending on other means than a naturally generating condition change like rusts on sliding parts of floor plates in order to reproduce an increased conversion load condition.SOLUTION: A conversion load simulation device comprises (a) a fitting part 30 which are installed on and in contact with ends of two railroad ties arranged respectively before and behind a switch adjuster 23 of an electric switch 20 and a switch rod 15 connected to the adjuster, the ends meaning counter ends of the railroad ties to the electric switch 20 and (b) drive means 40 which is fitted to the fitting part 30 and delivers power to move the switch rod 15 connected to a turnout B in a direction to leave the electric switch 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】転換負荷を増加させた状態を再現するために、床板等の摺動部の錆等の自然発生的な状態変化ではなく、別の手段を用いることにより、既知の固定型の装置と異なり、分岐器および転てつ装置と組み合わせることができ、着脱が容易な転換負荷模擬装置を提供する。【解決手段】転換負荷模擬装置は、(a)電気転てつ機２０のスイッチアジャスタ２３およびこれに接続されている転てつ棒１５の前後２本のまくらぎのそれぞれの、電気転てつ機２０が設置されていない側の端部に当接して設置される取付部３０と、(b)その取付部３０に取付けられる駆動手段４０であって、分岐器Ｂに接続されている転てつ棒１５を電気転てつ機２０から離れる方向に移動させる動力を与える駆動手段４０とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
