To provide an operator cab which enables an operation part to be smoothly operated, and to provide a work vehicle.SOLUTION: An operator cab includes: a driver seat 31 provided on a floor surface; an operation lever 41 which is provided at the side of the driver seat 31 and operated in at least a direction such that the operation lever 41 moves close to the driver seat 31; and an armrest 51 having an upper surface 52 and provided at the side of the driver seat 31 and behind the operation lever 41. A width of a front part 52F of the upper surface 52 is larger than a width of a rear part 52R of the upper surface 52. The front part 52F of the upper surface 52 has an inclining part 81. A height of the inclining part 81 with respect to the floor surface becomes lower toward the driver seat 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
