To provide a heat shielding block enabling the weak-sighted to easily recognize blocks for guiding the visually-impaired.SOLUTION: A heat shielding block 1 contains white cement, a heat shielding pigment, and an aggregate (gray aggregate 11, yellow aggregate 12) having a lightness L* value of 50-65. The heat shielding block 1 thus constituted is constituted so as to have a luminance of 1/2 or less of the yellow block for guiding the visually handicapped. The luminance of the heat shielding block 1 can be secured to 1/2 or less of the luminance of the yellow block 2 for guiding the visually handicapped, and the heat shielding performance of a general heat shielding block can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】弱視者が視覚障害者誘導用ブロックを容易に認識することができる遮熱性ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】白色セメントと、遮熱顔料と、明度Ｌ＊値が５０〜６５の骨材（灰色系骨材１１、黄色系骨材１２）とを含有する遮熱性ブロック１である。このように構成された遮熱性ブロック１は、黄色系の視覚障害者誘導用ブロックの１／２以下の輝度となるように構成する。遮熱性ブロック１の輝度は、黄色系の視覚障害者誘導用ブロック２の輝度の１／２以下を確保することができると共に、一般的な遮熱性ブロックの遮熱性能を維持することができる。【選択図】図３
