PILE GRIPPING JAW ATTACHMENT AND MOUNTING METHOD AND MOUNTING SYSTEM THEREOF
To efficiently perform transportation without requiring a crane and without requiring a work space above a chuck device, and attach a pile gripping jaw attachment of a pile press-fitting device to the pile gripping jaw.SOLUTION: An attachment 30 is attached to a pile gripping jaw of a pile press-fitting device 1 that grips a pile with a chuck device 16 and press-fits it into the ground. The chuck device has a plurality of pile gripping jaws that collect and disperse with respect to a central axis A1 of an insertion portion A that allows the piles to communicate vertically. When an attachment is attached to the pile gripping jaw so that a member having a gripping dimension smaller than the gripping dimension that can be gripped by a gripping surface of the pile gripping jaw can be gripped by the gripping surface of the attachment, the attachment is placed below the pile gripping jaw to be attached in the direction of attachment to the pile gripping jaw, and the chuck device is lowered with respect to the attachment to fit and fix the pile gripping jaw to be attached to the attachment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】クレーンを要することなく、チャック装置上方に作業空間を要することなく、効率的に運搬し、杭圧入装置の杭把持爪のアタッチメントを杭把持爪に装着する。【解決手段】杭をチャック装置16で把持して地盤に圧入する杭圧入装置1の杭把持爪にアタッチメント30を装着する。チャック装置は、杭を上下に連通させる挿入部Aの中心軸A1に対して集散動作する複数の杭把持爪を有する。杭把持爪にアタッチメントを装着することにより、杭把持爪の把持面により把持できる被把持寸法より小さい被把持寸法の部材をアタッチメントの把持面により把持可能にするにあたり、アタッチメントを取付対象の杭把持爪の下方に当該杭把持爪に対する取付の向きに配置し、アタッチメントに対しチャック装置を下降させることで、取付対象の杭把持爪をアタッチメントに嵌合固定する。【選択図】図1
