【課題】美観性、吸放湿性等に優れた水性被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水性被覆材は、合成樹脂エマルション（Ａ）、吸放湿性粉体（Ｂ）、平均粒子径０．４μｍ以上８０μｍ未満、屈折率１．４以上２．０以下の粉粒体（Ｃ）、平均粒子径８０μｍ以上の骨材（Ｄ）、及び水への溶解度１０ｇ／１００ｇ以下、沸点２００℃以上の疎水性物質（Ｅ）を含み、上記粉粒体（Ｃ）と上記骨材（Ｄ）との重量比［（Ｃ）／（Ｄ）］が０．１／１〜１０／１である。【選択図】なし
