STRUCTURE OF PROTECTIVE WOVEN FABRIC
To provide a structure of protective woven fabric that is excellent in shock absorption performance and durability, and is less likely to cause misalignment in the woven fabric.SOLUTION: The structure is composed of a woven fabric main body 20 and a protective resin 30 that covers the woven fabric main body 20. The woven fabric main body 20 has a coarse portion 24 having a square mesh 23, a reinforcing dense band portion 25 formed in a band shape in a part of the coarse portion 24, and a cushioning portion 26 stretchably formed at the boundary between the coarse portion 24 and the reinforcing dense band portion 25. The weaving density and weaving structure of the coarse portion 24 and the reinforcing dense band portion 24 are made into different combinations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】衝撃吸収性能と耐久性に優れていると共に、織布に目ズレが生じ難い防護用織布の構造を提供すること。【解決手段】織布本体２０と、織布本体２０を被覆する保護樹脂３０とにより構成し、織布本体２０が方形の網目２３を有する粗目部２４と、粗目部２４の一部に帯状に形成された補強密帯部２５と、粗目部２４と補強密帯部２５の境界に伸縮可能に形成された緩衝部２６とを有する。粗目部２４と補強密帯部２４の織密度と織組織を異なる組み合わせとした。【選択図】図２
