To provide a fireproof coating structure that can be easily constructed and that can secure the fireproof performance at the boundary between different types of fireproof coating materials.SOLUTION: There is provided a fireproof coating structure 10 comprising different types of fireproof coating materials 14 and 16 that coat different regions A and B on the longitudinal surface of a shaped steel 12, respectively, in which the ends of the different types of fireproof coating materials 14 and 16 are laminated with each other via a predetermined stacking allowance. The fireproof coating materials 14 and 16 are made of a foamable fireproof coating material 14 provided in the first region A of the surface of the shaped steel 12 and foamed by heating, and a non-foamable fireproof coating material 16 provided in the second region B of the surface of the shaped steel 12 adjacent to the first region A and having an end overlapped with the surface of the foamable fireproof coating material 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
