To provide a configuration using a wall panel that is thinner than an existing wall panel, in an outer wall structure for a freezing/refrigerating warehouse that is configured by using a wall panel with a heat insulation layer.SOLUTION: An outer wall structure includes: a vertical furring strip 30 disposed on an outdoor side from an outer periphery of a floor slab 4; a wall panel 11 disposed between the vertical furring strip 30 and the floor slab 4; a bracket 20 having one end fitted to the floor slab 4 and the other end fitted to the vertical furring strip 30; and a horizontal furring strip 40 fitted to the vertical furring strip 30 and fitted with the wall panel 11 and an external facing material 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
