STEEL PIPE COLUMN DETERIORATION PREDICTION SYSTEM
To allow for planning and implementing steel pipe column rebuilding work in time to prevent breakage while reducing the effort required for steel pipe column inspection as much as possible and eliminating room for individual differences in inspection as much as possible.SOLUTION: A steel pipe column deterioration prediction system is provided, the system being configured to cumulatively measure a potential difference between a steel pipe column 1 and a reference electrode 30, calculate a future potential difference from transition of the potential difference, and derive a rebuilding time when the steel pipe column 1 needs to be rebuilt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管柱の点検にかかる労力をできるだけ削減しつつ、個人差が介在する余地をできるだけ排除しながら、折損防止に間に合うように鋼管柱の建て替え工事の計画と運用ができるようにする。【解決手段】鋼管柱1と近傍に設けた照合電極30との間の電位差を測定して蓄積し、電位差の変遷から未来の電位差を算出して、鋼管柱1の建て替えが必要となる建て替え時期を求めるシステムを構築する。【選択図】図1
