To provide a swing latch with a braking body having a new structure.SOLUTION: A swing latch with a braking body according to the present invention comprises a fixed body, a rotary body, and a braking body. The braking body is provided to the fixed body. The braking body comprises a stopper and a pusher. The rotary body is provided with a lock receiver that the stopper is locked to. This swing latch with the braking body has the rotary body restricted from rotating when the stopper is locked to the lock receiver with the pusher, and also has the rotary body released from being restricted from rotating when the rotary body is rotated in an unlocking direction to cause the stopper to exit from the lock receiver of the rotary body. A swing latch comprising a strike can have a braking body provided to the strike. Similarly, when the stopper is locked to the stopper, the rotary body is restricted from rotating, and when the stopper exits from the lock receiver, the rotary body is released from being restricted from rotating. The rotary body may be provided with a release piece so as to release the rotary body from being restricted from rotating with the release piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 新規構造の制動体付き打掛錠を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の制動体付き打掛錠は、固定体と回転体と制動体を備えている。制動体は固定体に設けられている。制動体はストップ体とプッシャーを備えている。回転体にはストップ体が係止する係止受け部が設けられている。この制動体付き打掛錠では、プッシャーによってストップ体が係止受け部に係止すると回転体の回転が規制され、回転体を解錠方向に回転させてストップ体が回転体の係止受け部から脱出させると回転体の回転規制が解除される。ストライクを備えた打掛錠では、制動体をストライクに設けることもできる。この場合も、ストップ体が係止受け部に係止すると回転体の回転が規制され、ストップ体が係止受け部から脱出すると回転体の回転の規制が解除される。回転体に解除ピースを設けて、その解除ピースで回転規制を解除できるようにしてもよい。【選択図】図１
