REPAIR METHOD FOR EXISTING CONCRETE PAVEMENT, AND CONCRETE SLAB
To provide a repair method that can easily realize the replacement of a part of an existing PC pavement with a PPRC slab in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A part of an existing PC pavement 30 is repaired by being replaced with a PPRC slab 1. A single large rigid flat slab is formed by connecting a plurality of the newly installed PPRC slabs 1 to each other via a connecting mechanism. Thus, concerns relating to joints will not occur. Further, a special concrete slab 10 is inserted between the existing PC pavement 30 other than the repaired part and the newly repaired part. The special concrete floor slab 10 can effectively utilize a tension material 32 of the existing PC pavement 30, and can be connected to the new PPRC slabs 1. 【課題】既設PC舗装の一部をPPRC版に置き換えることを容易に短期間で実現できる補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設PC舗装30の一部をPPRC版1に置き換えて補修する。連結機構を介して複数枚の新設PPRC版1同士を連結することで、一枚の大きな剛性平板が形成される。すなわち、目地に係る課題は発生しない。さらに、既設PC舗装30のうち補修箇所以外と新設補修箇所との間には、特殊コンクリート床版10が介挿される。特殊コンクリート床版10は、既設PC舗装30の緊張材32を有効活用するとともに、新設PPRC版1に連結可能である。これにより、剛性平板は、既設PC舗装30と一体となる。【選択図】図8
