To provide a bolt support unit which achieves improvement of installation workability and installation accuracy of a fastener to a bolt, and an increase in load resistance.SOLUTION: A bolt support unit 1 includes: a bolt 3 having a first male screw part 3a; and a fastener 4 fixed to the bolt 3. The fastener 4 has: a sleeve 20 having a body composed of a pair of half-split bodies 21a and 21b, a first female screw part 23 formed on an inner peripheral surface of the body, and a second male screw part 24 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the body; and a fixing member 10 having a fixing inner peripheral surface 12 formed with a second female part 11. The pair of half-split bodies 21a and 21b are connected to each other so as to sandwich the bolt 3, thereby the first female part 23 is engaged with the first male screw part 3a from a crossing direction crossing a screwing and advancing direction to the first male screw part 3a, the fixing member 10 is inserted from a tip of the bolt 3 while maintaining the engagement state, and the second female part 11 is screw-engaged with the second male screw part 24, and thereby the sleeve 20 is supported by the bolt 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
